Nope, you can't block players from joining your neighborhood directly. But you can set your neighborhood to 'Request to Join' and have control over who gets in!

You can reject join requests, but blocking isn't a feature. Trust me, I鈥檝e had to do it many times with my farm's neighborhood!

Just set your neighborhood to 'Invite Only' or 'Request to Join' to keep out the riff-raff!
