Technically, you can, but it's against Gaijin's terms of service, so it's a risky move. You might get that account banned faster than a jet in arcade mode!
You absolutely should not buy a War Thunder account! It’s against the game’s rules and you risk getting permanently banned.
From personal experience, buying someone else's account is a bad idea. I once bought one, lost my money, and got the account banned. Just earn your way up, it's way more satisfying!
