Absolutely not. Rockstar didn't include a gender swap feature in GTA 5. Once your character's gender is chosen, it's locked in. My advice? Make sure you're 100% on your choice before you confirm it.

Nah, sorry bud. GTA 5 doesn't let you change your character's gender once you've set it up in the beginning. You're stuck with what you got unless you decide to start a fresh character. But hey, gives you a reason to experiment with different styles from the start!
Nope, you can't change gender in GTA 5 after you've created your character. It's a one and done deal. Kinda old school but that's how it is!
