Nope, you can't change the country on your PlayStation Network account. You'll need to create a new account.

Unfortunately, Sony doesn't allow you to change the country once you've set it. Time to whip up a new account if you moved!

I had to move countries myself. You have to create a new account with your new region details. A bit annoying, but it works!
