Absolutely! In GTA 5, you can totally change your character's appearance, including the face, but only in the Online version. Just hit up the Interaction Menu, select 'Style', and then 'Change Appearance'. It'll cost you a bit of in-game cash, but hey, beauty ain't cheap!
