Yes, but make sure it's a USB-C charger with at least 45W. Anything less might do the job slowly or not at all.

Sure, you can charge your Steam Deck with a phone charger, but it might not be the best idea. The Deck needs a beefier charger (45W USB-C) to juice up efficiently. A regular phone charger may take forever!

I've tried it and yes, it works. Just don't expect it to charge fast if your phone charger isn't up to spec. I recommend using the official charger when possible.
