Yes, you can connect a PS4 controller to a PS5, but it will only work for PS4 games. If you want to play PS5 games, you'll need to use a PS5 DualSense controller.

Totally! Just pair the PS4 controller to the PS5 via Bluetooth or use a USB cable. But FYI, it's only for PS4 games.

I've done it! Just plug your PS4 controller into the PS5 via a USB cable, and it worked perfectly for all my PS4 games.
