Been playing Fallout 4 since it dropped, and I can say, feeding Dogmeat isn't really a thing. But, dropping some food near him is a fun way to pretend. Plus, it adds to the immersion of having a loyal companion in the wasteland. Don't expect him to actually consume it, though.

Nope, Dogmeat is low maintenance. No need to feed him or worry about him getting hungry. He's always ready to adventure with you, no snacks required!
