If you haven't downloaded or played it yet, you have 14 days to request a refund. Once you've started it, you're out of luck!

Nah, not if you've already started playing. PSN's refund policy is strict about that.

I actually got a refund for Infinite Warfare! Just contacted PSN support within the 14 days and hadn't played it yet. Smooth process!
