If you haven't used the item you bought, you can get a refund within 30 days. Head to your Account settings and use one of your three lifetime refund tokens.

Yeah, I actually refunded a skin last week. Go to Settings > Account and Privacy > Submit a Request. Just don’t forget, you only get three refund tokens ever.
