Nope, you can't gift a Battle Pass using V-Bucks directly. You have to buy it as a gift through the in-game store using real money.

Unfortunately, you can't use V-Bucks to gift a Battle Pass. You need to use the gifting feature with actual money.

Just tried this last week and nope, V-Bucks won't work. You'll need to use real cash through the gifting option.
