Nope, you can't gift a game you already own on Xbox Live. But you could always buy a new copy as a gift!

Unfortunately, Xbox doesn't allow you to gift games from your own library. You'd need to purchase the game again to gift it.

Speaking from experience, you can't gift games you already possess. I learned this the hard way and had to repurchase the game for my friend.
