Nope, you can't gift Steam points directly to someone. Steam points are tied to your account to redeem on things like game cosmetics, profile backgrounds, and more. It’s a bummer, I know. But, you could always get them a Steam gift card instead, which is pretty much the next best thing!

Actually, you can't directly gift your Steam points to a friend, but here's a workaround. Buy them a gift from the Steam points shop and send it their way. It's like gifting points, but with an extra step. Did this for a buddy's birthday, and it was a hit!
