Nope, once your Xbox Game Pass subscription ends, access to the games in the library stops too. But any games you bought at a discount while subscribed are yours to keep forever!
Based on my experience, when the subscription's gone, so are the games. However, any DLC or add-ons you bought are still available if you buy the game later.
You can only play the games as long as you have an active subscription. No subscription, no games!
