lol, yeah you can totally wipe someone out in Goodneighbor, but just be ready to deal with the consequences. They don't call it Goodneighbor for nothing; act like a raider and you'll be treated like one.

No, don't do it. Goodneighbor's folks are just trying to survive, like everyone else in the wasteland. Plus, killing without reason goes against the spirit of the game. Play nice!
Been there, done that. Attacked a dude in Goodneighbor just to see what would happen. Long story short, had to reload my save. Not worth it, unless you're looking for a quick way to make enemies.
