Nope, you can only link one PSN account to your Twitch account. Just like you can't eat the entire pizza alone (well, maybe you can, but you get the point).
From personal experience, I've tried linking another PSN account to my Twitch, but it always overwrites the existing one. So yeah, it's a no-go.
