Nope, you can't link your Xbox GTA account directly to PS5. The accounts are platform-specific, so your progress, purchases, and everything else are locked to the platform you initially played on. It's like trying to swap a burger for a pizza in a restaurant - both are great, but they don't trade!

Sadly, no. GTA doesn't support cross-platform progression between Xbox and PS5. Your best bet is to start fresh and enjoy the thrill of climbing to the top again on your new console!
