Nah, why bother? Piper looks great in her default outfit. Changing it is like putting a hat on a Deathclaw: unnecessary and kinda weird.
Yep, you can! I had Piper strutting around in power armor. Makes for a great frontline partner while you snipe from behind. Practical and stylish!
Absolutely! In Fallout 4, you can make Piper, or any companion, wear different outfits. Just trade with them, select the apparel you want them to wear from your inventory, and press the corresponding button to equip it on them. Keep in mind, though, some items are specific to certain characters and can't be worn by others.
