Sadly, no wedding bells for Elder Maxson. Fallout 4 doesn't let you marry any characters. Would've been cool though, imagine having Brotherhood of Steel as your in-laws!

Nope, you can't marry Elder Maxson in Fallout 4. The game doesn't have a marriage system for any characters, let alone the faction leaders. But hey, you can still follow him into battle and enjoy some epic Brotherhood of Steel quests!
