Unfortunately, you can't play Black Ops 2 natively on the PS5. It's a PS3 game and the PS5 doesn't support backward compatibility for PS3 discs. You might have better luck with cloud streaming services!

From my personal experience, the only way to play Black Ops 2 on a modern console is to dust off your PS3 or check out if it's available on any game streaming services.
