As much as you might want to kick back with a controller, Valorant doesn't support it. Valorant's all about that precise aim, which is something you get best with a mouse and keyboard. If you're really into using a controller, there are third-party software options out there, but use them at your own risk, as they might not be officially supported, and Riot's not a fan of anything that smells like cheating.

Nope, Valorant is strictly a keyboard and mouse affair. Riot Games designed it to be a competitive shooter where precision aiming and twitch reactions are key. So, controllers aren't supported because they can't offer the same level of accuracy. But hey, who knows? Maybe Riot will surprise us in the future.

Valorant + controller? Nah, get comfy with your keyboard and mouse. It's how the pros do it.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
