Short answer: No. Fallout 4 VR needs VR controllers to play. It's all about that full-body VR experience, not old school click and type.

I tried jerry-rigging a setup with keyboard and mouse once. It was a no-go. Fallout 4 VR just isn't built for it. You need VR controllers to properly interact with the world. Trust me, it's way more fun that way!
