Nope, sorry to burst the bubble, but you absolutely need a PlayStation Plus subscription to play Fallout 76 on PS4. It's an online game, so ya gotta be connected to play with others and explore the vast wasteland!

Honestly, you'll need a PS Plus subscription. Fallout 76 is all about that online multiplayer life, and without PS Plus, you're pretty much out of luck for teaming up or fighting against others in the wasteland.

I tried without PS Plus and no dice. You definitely need it to get into the game and do pretty much anything. Learned that the hard way!
