Unfortunately, MW3 isn't natively available for PS4. You'd need a PS3 to play it or use backward compatibility on a PS5 with the PS3 version.
As someone who's tried, I can confirm MW3 doesn't work on PS4. Your best bet is streaming it through PlayStation Now or sticking to PS3.
