Unfortunately, most PS3 Slim models can't play PS2 discs directly. Your best bet might be to look for PS2 Classics on the PlayStation Store.

Yes, but it depends on the model of your PS3 Slim. Only the early PS3 models (20GB, 60GB, and some 80GB) have hardware-based backward compatibility that fully supports PS2 games. Most PS3 Slim models do not have this feature, so you might be out of luck.

From my experience, the PS3 Slim isn't reliable for PS2 games. I'd recommend using a PS2 or seeking PS2 Classics on the store for the best experience.

No, PS3 Slim can't play PS2 games. Gotta stick to the classics or upgrade!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
