Nope, you can't play Valorant without Vanguard. Vanguard is Riot Games' anti-cheat software, and it's mandatory for playing. It's there to keep the game fair by preventing cheats and hacks, so while it might feel a bit intrusive at times, it's all for the greater good of ensuring a level playing field.

Short answer: No. Long reason: Vanguard is essential for Valorant's security system. Without it, say hello to hackers and goodbye to fair play.

Absolutely not. Tried running it without Vanguard once, because it was messing with my drivers. Game wouldn't start. It's a tough pill to swallow, but Vanguard is a necessary evil for a cheat-free experience in Valorant.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
