Nope, keep platforms separate. PC players have too much of an advantage with mouse and keyboard. It's not really fair play.
Honestly, cross-platform is the best thing Apex did. Playing with my console friends while I'm on my PC makes the game 10x more fun. Just be mindful of the different control schemes; it can get competitive.
