Short answer: no. Facebook wants to keep things transparent. Try using a private group if you need more privacy.
Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't have an option for anonymous posts like some other platforms. Your name will always appear with your posts.
For a first-hand experience, I've tried and there's currently no way to post anonymously on Facebook. It's all about real identities there.
