Yeah, you CAN wash them, but don’t just toss them in with your jeans and hope for the best! Use cold water, gentle cycle, and maybe pop them in a pillowcase or laundry bag to protect them.

I did it once, and they survived! Cold water and air dry. Do NOT put them in the dryer, though. Trust me!

I threw mine in the washer and they came out looking brand new. Gentle cycle, cold water, and no dryer - easy peasy!
