I've tried this myself, and it didn't work. Xbox codes are region-specific, so you'll need a code for Mexico.

Nope, unfortunately, Xbox codes are region-locked. You won't be able to redeem US codes in Mexico.

Sure! You just need to change your region settings on your Xbox before redeeming the code.
