Hot take but: I think the refund window should be longer. 2 hours barely lets you scratch the surface of most games.

Yep, you totally can refund games on Steam! The rule of thumb is you have to do it within 14 days of purchase AND have less than 2 hours of playtime. Just go to your account's 'Purchase History', click on the game, and hit 'Request a Refund'. Steam's usually pretty good about it, as long as you meet those conditions.

I've refunded a couple of games before. Super easy process. Bought a game that didn't run well on my setup, requested a refund through Steam support, and got my money back in a few days. Make sure you're within the 2 hours/14 days limit though!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
