Unfortunately, you can't return Crocs bought in store through their online system. You'll need to return them to the store where you purchased them.

Nope, in-store purchases need to be returned at the same store. Online returns are for online purchases only.

I tried to return mine online once. They told me to go back to the store, so yeah, in-store returns only!
