Absolutely, you can run GTA 5 on your computer, but it all boils down to your specs. The game requires at least an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600, 4GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB or equivalent. If your rig meets or exceeds these, you're golden!
