Just make sure you've got a mid-range PC from the last decade, and you should be fine to enjoy Sonic's adventures!
I ran Sonic Generations on my old laptop with no issues. It's less about having the newest tech and more about meeting those minimum specs!
If your toaster runs on electricity, it can probably handle Sonic Generations. Give it a go!
