Nah, you can't sell the clubhouse in GTA 5. Once you buy it, it's yours for keeps. But, you can trade it in for a different one. When you buy a new clubhouse, you get some cash back for the old one, kinda like trading in your old ride for a newer model.

Short answer, no. You're stuck with your clubhouse, but you can trade it for another. It's like swapping out a base, not exactly selling but you get some money back.

Actually, you can't sell properties in GTA 5 like a straight sale, but you CAN trade your clubhouse for another. It's a bit of a workaround. Bought a fancy one down by the coast after getting bored of my old spot up north. Kinda like upgrading your digs, you get some credit for the old place towards the new one.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
