Nah, you can't directly sell your apartment in GTA 5, but you can trade it in for a new one. When you go to buy a new apartment or property, the game lets you trade in your old spot for some credit towards the new place. It's kinda like part-exchanging cars, but with virtual real estate.

No sellsies, only tradesies. When you buy a new pad in GTA 5, you can trade in your old one but straight-up selling? GTA says 'nope'.
