Nah, you can't sell your facility in GTA 5. It's like buying a house in real life; once you've got it, it's yours unless you decide to replace it with another. You can trade it in if you're buying a new one, but don't expect a full cash back return. Think of it more like trading up to a better crib!

Actually, it's more like you're stuck with it. No selling, but trading is your only out. Not the best deal, but it's something.

Trading's the way to go. Sold one to up my game, didn't get all my money back, but the new spot was worth it!

Nope, selling facilities isn't an option. Best you can do is swap it for another, but no direct cash sales. Kinda stuck with it unless you upgrade.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
