Nope, you can't sell your house in GTA 5 like you do in real life. But, you can trade it in when buying a new one. So, when you're eyeing that fancy shmancy penthouse, it'll take the price of your old pad off the new one's price tag. Think of it as a trade-up rather than a straight-up sale!

Actually, I kinda like that you can't just sell properties willy-nilly in GTA 5. Makes you think more strategically about your real estate moves. Plus, trading in for a better place is always satisfying.

Short answer - no sell, just trade. When you get a new property, GTA lets you trade in your old one, which sort of gives you a discount on the new purchase. No yard sales in Los Santos, folks!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
