Short answer: Nope. Long story: You can trade it for another one. Pretty much, you can upgrade or swap, but a direct sell option isn't on the table.

Nah, you can't sell your warehouse in GTA 5 Online, but you're not stuck with it forever either. You can trade it in for a better one. When you buy a new warehouse, you'll get a trade-in price for your old one, kinda like trading in your old car for a newer model. Just make sure the new one is more expensive!
You definitely can't sell warehouses directly in GTA 5 Online. I tried it once, hoping to get some quick cash, but ended up just trading mine for a bigger one. It's not the same as selling, but it kinda feels like upgrading your business. So, no cash back, but you're getting value by moving up!
No selling, just trading. Don't get your hopes up for a sell button; GTA doesn't work that way.
