Nope, you can't sell your office in GTA 5 Online outright. What you can do, though, is trade it in for another one. When you buy a new office, you'll get a trade-in value for your old one. So, it's not selling per se, but you can recoup some of your investment!

Short answer: No direct selling. You can, however, trade it for another and save some cash that way.
Actually, you can't sell your office like you might hope. It's more of trading up or sideways. You pick a new spot, and they cut the price based on what you already own. It's not ideal, but it's what we've got.
