Short answer: Not really. You can trade properties but can't sell them outright for cash in your hand. So, if you're looking to flip houses in Los Santos, might need to rethink that strategy!
Trade, yes. Direct sell, nope. Learned this the hard way after trying to offload my third garage full of Faggios. Instead, I had to trade it in when buying a new property. Missed those little scooters more than I thought I would, tbh.
