Nah, you can't sell RadAway in Fallout Shelter. The game doesn't let you sell resources or supplies like that. You're better off keeping it around for when your Dwellers get a bit too glowy after a stroll in the wasteland.

Honestly, why sell it? RadAway is a lifesaver when your Dwellers decide to hug a glowing roach. Plus, it's not like you can sell it even if you want to.
