Yes, you can sign into your PSN account on multiple devices, but you can only have one primary PS4 and one primary PS5. Other devices will get limited features.

Only one primary PS4 and one primary PS5 allowed. Rest is for guest experiences!

You can, but just remember only one console can be your primary device at a time. Others logged in will have some restrictions.
