Personally, I recommend watching Season 2 just for the fun of it. It's a bit of a wild ride and has its own charm. Plus, more Sebastian can't hurt, right?

From my experience, I skipped Season 2 and had no problem getting back into the story with Season 3. It sticks to the manga storyline, so you're all good!
