Absolutely, yes! You can park your power armor in any of your settlements, including Vaults if you've got one kitted out as your base. Just hop out of the armor near your chosen storage spot and it stays there until you decide to jump back in. And don’t worry, nobody's gonna nick it while you're away.

Totally, storing power armor in Vaults is A-okay. I've got mine in Vault 88, standing in a line like some post-apocalyptic fashion show. Make sure you place power armor stations for that extra cool factor!
