Nope, tapping attackers won't stop them. Once they're attacking, they're in it till combat ends. It's like they've already swung their sword, and tapping them is just making them dizzy, not pulling them back.

Tapped out doesn't mean tapped out of the fight. Tried this once, thinking I could 'un-attack'. Spoiler: It doesn't work like that. But, tapping your own attackers can be a savvy move for triggering those tap-related abilities your deck might be hiding.

Absolutely! Tapping attacking creatures in the attack phase is a classic move in Magic The Gathering. Remember, though, once a creature has been declared as an attacker, tapping it won't remove it from combat. This tech is especially handy for activating certain abilities or fulfilling the requirements of cards that say 'whenever you tap a creature...'. Just make sure you're doing it at the right moment in the combat phase to maximize your strategy!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
