Nope, you can't transfer games between PSN accounts. Your best bet is game sharing.

As someone who's tried this, I can tell you that directly transferring games between PSN accounts isn't possible. Game sharing does work, though. Just make sure you trust who you're sharing with!

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer games from one PSN account to another. But you can share your games by setting the other account's PS4 or PS5 as your primary console.
