Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer V-Bucks from your mobile account to your PS4 account. They are tied to the platform where they were purchased.

Been there, tried that! Mobile V-Bucks stay on mobile, PS4 V-Bucks stay on PS4. Epic's rule, not ours.
