Can I transfer my Valorant account to another region?
Yep, you totally can change your region in Valorant, but it's a bit of a process. You have to submit a request to Riot Support since there's no automatic option to do it in the game itself. Be ready to provide some info about your account. Keep in mind, though, Riot might look into your reasons for the switch, so it's not like changing your outfit; a bit more complicated!

Short answer: Yes, but not directly in-game. Got to hassle through Riot Support.
Done it before! Had to move from the US to Europe and Riot sorted me out. Just make sure you're patient because it takes a bit for them to flip everything over. Also, you might lose some region-specific items, so heads up on that.
