Nope, no straight-up transfers, but you can share the Game Pass benefits with another account on the same Xbox console through the 'My Home Xbox' feature!

I tried this myself, and no, you can't transfer it. Ended up just sharing it through the Home Xbox trick.

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer an Xbox Game Pass subscription to another account. The best option is to cancel it on your current account and set it up on the new one.
